Our Passion

 

At Colorado Boy Pub & Brewery, pizza is not just a dish; it's a passion. Established in 2008, our pizzeria is a labor of love, born out of a desire to bring authentic pizza styles to Southwest Colorado. In addition to great pizza we take pride in our house brewed craft beer.

 

Crafting Perfection, One Pizza and Beer at a Time

 

We enjoy creating pizzas that are a symphony of flavors, a dance of textures, and a celebration of quality ingredients. Each pizza is a masterpiece crafted with care and precision. Eight beers on tap from traditional English ales to creative styles and great cask ale.

 

Meet Our Team

 

Behind every delicious pizza and beer is a team of dedicated people. Meet our skilled team who bring years of experience and a touch of creativity to our operation. 

  • Owner / Operator: Daniel Richards

 

 

 

 

 

Daniel trained under Tony Gemignani at Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. While in training Daniel worked in five of Tony’s pizza kitchens in San Francisco. Daniel is also a certified Master Pizza Instructor from the Accademia Pizzaioli where he trained under five of of Italy’s top pizzaiolos. Daniel started his first restaurant in 2012 and currently owns four brewpub / pizzerias and a coffee shop - Corkscrew Coffee in Ouray, CO. 

 

  • Head Brewer: Jake Evans

 

Jake has over a dozen years in the professional brewing industry. Jake came to Colorado Boy in 2020 from his outstanding brewery Wild Woods Brewing in Boulder Colorado. With Jake at the helm Colorado Boy has won many GABF awards and he produces excellent beers offten using cutting edge experimental hops in his IPA series.

  • Head Pizzaiolo: Patrick Maas

 

 

 

Patrick started with Colorado Boy back in 2013 and also has training under mentor Tony Gemignani. Pat is our kitchen manager and head chef. Pat is behind the creativity of our pizzas and strives to ensure the perfect pizza comes out of our kitchen every time.

 

  • General Manager: Natalie Booth

 

Natalie started with Colorado Boy in 2020 and has worked as a chef, server and manager at two of our locations. Natalie also has training under Tony Gemignani. Natalie was promoted to General Manager in 2022 and is the key behind our operations.

  • Director of Operations: Natalia Leonardi

 

Natalia has worked in several of the restaurants and was brought on to be the Director of all of our locations. Natalia is responsible for all of our business operations, systems and compliance. Natalia is key to keeping all locations working smoothly together and ensuring the commitment to excellence Colorado Boy is known for.
